What we collect

We collect the information needed to respond to enquiries, create an account, process an order, arrange delivery, prevent abuse, and keep an order record. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, enquiry content, and order history.

Payments

Payments are processed by Payfast. This website does not receive or store your card details. It stores the payment reference and status needed to reconcile and fulfil an order.

How information is used

Information submitted for an enquiry is used to answer that enquiry. Order information is used to process payment, fulfil delivery, provide support, and meet record-keeping obligations. Marketing consent is not bundled into either process.

Sharing and protection

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate payment, hosting, email, and delivery, or where disclosure is required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used to restrict access. No customer list is sold.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where the law allows it. Use the contact form and select “General Enquiry”. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
