Effective 27 August 2026. These terms apply to physical books ordered through this website.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, availability, and prices are shown in South African rand. A signed copy is a separate limited-stock product. The applicable South African delivery charge is shown before payment.

Payment confirmation

Payment is processed by Payfast. A browser return page does not by itself confirm payment. An order proceeds after the payment notification has been validated against the stored order total.

Delivery

Physical delivery is currently limited to valid addresses in South Africa. Dispatch timing and tracking are confirmed after payment and stock are verified. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and carrier.

Problems, cancellations, and returns

If an order is damaged, incorrect, delayed, or needs to be cancelled, use the contact form with the order reference. Requests are assessed under the applicable South African consumer-protection requirements and the condition and fulfilment stage of the order.

Institutional orders

Schools, libraries, organisations, and bulk buyers should request a written quote. A submitted enquiry is not a confirmed bulk order until scope, price, delivery, and payment terms are accepted in writing.
